Nick Stevens has been a native of Yancey County all his life. After graduating from UNC Asheville in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Management, he joined the family cabinet business, Conversion Finishes. Nick understands how overwhelming it can be to purchase or sell a house. He’s here to help you every step of the way. He has learned how to help guide his cabinet customers in making their dream kitchens and knows that the skills of communication and follow through that are important to the cabinet business are equally as important in real estate. Just as there are so many options in a kitchen design, there are many different shapes, sizes and forms of real estate. Nick will guide you through the process consciously and carefully, ensuring you are satisfied in the end with either your purchase or sale, using the experience and skills that have led him to success in the cabinet business.
In his free time, Nick enjoys playing with his daughter Khloe and looks forward to the arrival of his new baby that is on the way. He also likes fishing, grilling, cooking with his wife Katelyn, and visiting family in Raleigh and Greenville, SC.
